The molten alloy is put into the gas atomization nozzle system through the tundish, and the inert gas is used for atomization. The three-stage cyclone classification collection system is adopted to refine and classify the powder collection, reduce the pollution vacuum acquisition and measurement system. The three-stage pumping system ensures the vacuum degree of the equipment and avoids the oxidation of the powder.
The equipment is composed of smelting insulation room, atomization room, cyclone dust collector, powder collecting tank, vacuum system, atomization gas charging system, water cooling system, hydraulic system, power supply and electric control system, working platform, etc. The equipment is of vertical elevated structure, and the ground is equipped with vacuum unit and powder collecting tank.
There are 10 VIGA production lines, and the annual capacity of 3D printing is more than 750 tons. Produced under inert gas protection, the powder has high sphericity, low oxygen content and low satellite ball.
